For any items selected as is from our website, we are able to submit our quotation within 24hours upon receiving of your enquiries.
Quoted prices are wholesale prices based on our standard packing methods, in the currency of United States Dollars and in terms of F.O.B Ho Chi Minh City Port (Incoterms 2000).
Discount could be considered either for large volume of order quantity per item (over 10.000pcs/set of one style in one kind of material) or for big size order quantity of more than 10×40’DC.
For any customized items, depending on specific enquiries, our merchandising will also be able to response within 24-48hours upon your enquiries.
PROFORMA INVOICE
Upon receiving your order enquiry, our merchandising team will send you our Proforma Invoice to confirm (or clarify order details if neccessary) your order request to be sure your order is well received including our leadtime, delivery commitment for your reconfirmation.
QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS
Since all products are hand-made, depending on specific type of products made of specific materiel: the tolerance can be varied from 3-10% in dimensions and weight . We will specifize clearly on our proforma invoice for your information.
Color variations are also expected in mass production due to hand-made process. We will send pictures showing color variations upon receiving your order on specific items/colors.
CUSTOMIZING AND DESIGNING
Our design and technician team are able to customize and creatively develop new ideas based on your proposals/objectives/trends etc. Our team is able to coordinate, promptly response and even propose our useful suggestions if necessary based on our know-how knowledge in order to make your new design producabe in mass production and to be sure your requests are well followed up and be implemented accurately per your expectation.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our standard payment term is: Irrevocable L/C at sight or TT with 30% D/P.
Other payment terms can be negotiated upon specific order enquiry.
PACKING STANDARDS
Packing: depending on the shapes and dimensions of products or specific type of products, we normally pack product in 5-layers carton box or wooden crate if necessary, and palletizing with shipping-marks imprint. Packing is described clearly in our Proforma Invoice for your information.
Any special packaging such as droptest packing, color carton tray, color carton boxes, etc are welcome and subject to be applied an additional surcharge depending on such specific kind of request.
Our experienced Logistics Manager is able to propose various kinds or packing solutions not only to be sure goods are well packed and safe during transportation process but also to match with your logistics or distribution system at your side.
PRODUCTION LEADTIME
Production leadtime varies depending on specific type of product material:
In general, all ceramic products: 60-75 days (if order is received during normal season from February to August) and 75-90 days (if order is received during high season from September to January).
All light weight products including light cement or polystone material: 45-60 days (if order is received during normal season from February to August) and 60-75 days (if order is received during high season from September to January).
Production leadtime may be longer for customized products upon enquiry, we will inform in details upon receiving specific enquiries with full specifications.
